TIMMMY & JADE

Belfast City.

When two city lovers come together, this is what it looks like. When Timmy and Jade approached me about this pre-wedding shoot they talked about their love of Belfast; including the well known Harland and Wolff, the coffee shops and the cobbled streets.  Of course we had to cover all of these spots to make it a successful day.

First off we hit the iconic Harland and Wolff. With both Jade and Timmy appreciating fashion they chose complimenting outfits for the location and of course, each other. We took a relaxed approach to create an adventure feel for the day and it totally paid off.

Jade- the people-loving, gorgeous girl with a heart for young people. Her personality is one of beauty strength, direction and fun. Timmy-the creative genius- song writer, musician and graphic boss who only has eyes for his girl. Their purposes collided and they knew they were perfect for each other.

After some time spent at H&W we took off on an adventure through the streets of Belfast City. Timmy and Jade trusted my regular shouts to stop at yellow doors and brick walls. As I stood back and allowed them to naturally interact it was so clear that their love for each other was strong.

We then took to their favourite coffee shop stop at Established Coffee in Belfast. Established is the social hub of coffee shops around Belfast; located at Cathedral Quarter it takes the industrial vibes and mixes it with excellent service, amazing coffee and delicious eats.

Naturally, couples who laugh together are my favourite. As much as I love the eye-catching, intimate images- there is nothing that makes my heart happier than couples who are enjoying each others unforced, just-enjoyed company. I took a step outside and shot through the window so that they could interact without my direction which word beautifully for some joy-filled shots.

The shoot ended on a bit of a dangerous note; taking a risk for our final city backdrop of the Albert Memorial Clock in the middle of the road. I think you'll agree the risk paid off with the perfect blend of city and love.

I am so excited for their future together.

Love wins.
